1. Hammer Tech Scholars Program

Empowering the next generation of mechanics, marine technicians, and engine specialists.

Each year, Hammer Engines GmbH awards scholarships to students pursuing careers in:

• Automotive Technology

• Marine Mechanics

• Diesel & Heavy Equipment Repair

• Industrial Maintenance

What the scholarship includes:

• Tuition assistance for accredited technical programs

• Mentorship from Hammer Engines technical experts

• Paid internship opportunities upon program completion

2024 Impact: 12 scholarships awarded | 8 internship placements

2. Engines for Heroes

Honoring those who serve by keeping their vehicles and vessels mission-ready.

In partnership with veteran service organizations, we provide:

• Engine repairs and replacements for disabled veterans' vehicles

• Marine engine services for veteran adaptive boating programs

• Technical training opportunities for transitioning service members

2024 Impact: 23 veteran families served | $47,000 in donated services

3. Power for the People

Delivering reliable energy when communities need it most.

When natural disasters strike, reliable power saves lives. Through this program, we:

• Deploy generators to disaster-affected areas

• Partner with local emergency management agencies

• Provide technical support to critical infrastructure

4. Clean Water Initiative

Protecting the waters where we work, live, and play.

We partner with marine conservation organizations to:

• Support waterway cleanup efforts

2024 Impact: 4 cleanup events | 1,200+ pounds of debris removed | 50+ volunteer hours
