Bought a 383 stroker. Price was way cheaper than Summit. I was nervous but it showed up and everything was there. Put it in my Camaro and it rips. Only complaint is the guy on the phone sounded like he was in a hurry but whatever. Product is good.
Ordered an outboard motor listed as ‘new.’ When it arrived the box looked old and the model year was 2018. No one told me it was that old before I bought it. I called and they said it’s still new but that should be in big letters on the page. Not happy.
Got the generator quick enough. Works fine. But I emailed about the warranty and it took 4 days to get a reply. Not terrible but could be faster. Would probably order again just wish they answered sooner.
Ordered a 350 crate engine for my truck. Shipping took about 10 days which was fine. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the tracking wasn’t updated until it was already at my local terminal. Motor itself runs great though.
Engine showed up 3 days early. Crate was solid, no damage. Fired right up. Called customer service with a carb question and a real person answered in two rings. Hard to beat that these days.
